plAItform is a print farm management service operated by Grryp LLC, PO Box 680, Aledo, Texas 76008 ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through plaitform.app and through our service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Fleet Insights is optional. If you opt in, we collect machine data from your farm: printer model, nozzle and firmware version; print outcomes and fault codes; filament brand, material and grams used; print time, uptime and idle time; and your state or country. We combine it with data from other participating farms into aggregated, de-identified reports, such as failure rates by printer model, and we may sell those reports to filament makers, hardware makers and other businesses.
These reports never include your model files, slices or designs; your customers, orders or prices; camera images; your business name or contact details; or any data that could identify a single farm. We don't sell your form answers or contact details to anyone.
You can opt out at any time by emailing us. We stop collecting Fleet Insights data from your farm from that day. Reports already sold before you opted out can't be recalled, but they don't identify you.
We use service providers to run plAItform, including Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We keep onboarding submissions while we're in conversation with you and for up to two years afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer data is kept for the length of the service agreement and as that agreement describes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of Fleet Insights, by emailing info@grryp.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Submissions are stored in a database that only our signed-in staff can read. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access and review it.
plAItform is a business service and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll contact you first.
